Almost all coins are Bitcoins clones (yes, even the scrypt ones, because they most likely cloned LiteCoin and LiteCoin is a Bitcoin clone), so I am guessing that almost all coins have the same vulnerabilities as Bitcoin.

Shorter transaction times could mitigate the issue slightly, but yes, they all have the same problem.

However the wallet attacked could display an incorrect number for a shorter period of time.
