I think this thread doesn't belongs to Scam Accusations, better move it to Reputation. Or you can just report this account to DT members like The Pharmacist ot Lauda.
I didn't knew that @hypebtc selling Bitcointalk accounts, I thought they are only bumping ICO Ann's.
