launching feb 14.

Doge was everything Litecoin wished to be Smiley fast transactions and rapid growing adoption rate.
Panda is what Doge should be market-wise, resilient against market manipulation.

Unlike bitcoin block reward halves every 210,000 blocks, dogecoin block reward will be kept at 10,000 forever beyond 600,000 block.
