I have set cgminer "cgminer --scrypt  -o stratum+tcp://stratum.cipherpool.com:8843 -u user.worker -p pasword" and it's seems to start mining but i get "rejected ..... share is above target" like on print screen.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, please help.
