I think you are very correct on that evaluation more than 95 % of ico uses ethereum smart contract as foundation for project. it of recent due to network clog that new ico are looking at other network like NEO, XLM, NEM for their start up base.

I agree with you because as we know that all the ICO using ethereum network so ethereum is the king of all ICO. but I heard that there are other projects that using waves as their network, and soon, there will be a project that using stellar as the project. and I think when this is happening, waves and stellar will compete with ethereum.

That's the technology of ETH, and this is why ETH is on the top coins. Most of the ICO are based on ETH technology because its easy to create token with that technology, ETH is indeed the king of ICO. Bitcoin is different, and no doubt that btc is the king of all cryptocurrency.

Strongly agree as of now. Currently all the bounty campaign I have joined offers tokens in exchange for Ethereum. Its rarely to see BTC as a reward. Maybe in future they might change to
the depending on the demand.

Yes its true but there is the disadvantages of etherium become the kingbof ico. Etherium make the people or community very easy to make own token. It make the people scam other people by making unreputable ico and also this make less trust to new ico.
