Yes i agree, 90% of ICOs are off ERC 20 based which is ethereum based smart contract technology so it is not wrong if we say ethereum is king of all ICOs. smart contract makes token generation is very easy.

I agree with you because many ICO's now depend on ETH and EHT to have a low value compared to BTC and its upgraded projects, so many ICO projects are planned with ETH.
