It is best coin byfar in altcoins and their is no one near to ETH at the moment other than btc who is leading and ETH is second compared to market cap wise and price wise. How long will it take for other coins to rise and cross this ETH  is not very sure about it.

Still ethereum is most promising coin. ethereum will be the best Crypto coin I think after 2023. I also agree with this statement because BITCOIN is the first and very large digital currency of power in the market. If the ETH is indeed worthy of being called the ICO king, because the ETH platform is very developed in the ICO and why many frauds using the ETH platform may be largely because the ETH is very popular and quality, it is used as an excuse to attract investors to follow the project. I hope in this case it is more serious to take action because it overcomes the name ETH as fraud.

For now you are absolutely right but time changes everything we have seen many ICO on stellar and NEO blockchain too. Stellar and NEO is still on development phase on my thinking. These two and EOS can change market condition near future.

Some experts are saying that ICOs killed Ethereum. Because 90% of all ICOs are scam, so Ethereum is considered as a platform only for scammers and it has no other use case. But time will show.
