WTB up to $100 worth of BTC Daily

I am willing to buy up to $100 of BTC daily via PP(Gift) or GW at BTC-E +3%.

I know I am new on here so I am willing to go first for reputable members and even start in small increments ~$10 if you want.

Eventually, I would like to start to daily transactions with someone if they have a good incoming stream of BTC that they can sell at a slightly-higher than market rate.
