I have an account at BTCChina. Unfortunately I've forgotten the password and email... so it seems.

What I do have though is:
- the username
- the 2nd factor login

How do I get to login again. It's strange because I have a reminder noted down for the password but it isn't working. I also have the username noted down. But when I try the password reset none of the email addresses I use regularly are recognised.
"提交的 email/用户名信息无法找到"

I don't have windows in order to use this QQ messenger thing for support. I got the web based version working but I can't see how to send a message through it - only see the inbox and a load of other functions on that QQweb desktop thing.

No problem.  Smiley

BTW, it is pretty weird.
If you view the site in Chinese, you can find that support email at the bottom.
If you view the site in English, you can't find that email at all.

Maybe you can shoot them another email. Smiley

The problem is that OP can't use QQ.
The only way left is the 2 emails I found on their website.
OP has already sent an email to one of the address yesterday, but didn't hear any response yet...

Unless you can help me use QQ? I don't have Windows and emulation seems a bit risky - unless the web based version can help me - got a screenshot to help me find the right way?

Thanks Sonny :-) If I get anything out of this I intend to buy and then I can send you a tip

Still absolutely no response from BTCChina.

Do you know a lawyer or something like this or an address or phone number, anything?

Good luck to solve your prob there. How you managed to forget those things ?

Yeah, wish I knew. I've tried all my different email addresses. I didn't think I had forgotten anything... but it won't login so I guess I must have...? I still have the 2nd factor login info and I probably have the right password. It's just the email address...

hm....still no email response for days...
What about dial the number (+86) 021-54896951 ??

I am not really sure if you can find some English-speaking staff, but maybe it is your last resort..
