please give me some tips on arbitration'm trying to do some negotiations but without much success, thanks to all

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

umm what types of negotiations?  what is it that you have to arbitrate?
