Nothing will be lost.

Worst case the transaction will time out and will show up again in your client.

Next time provide some more information such as the transaction ID so people can look it up and see what may have happened.  Did you pay a minning fee ?  If not then that would explain the situation.

Yeah, you should be fine. What exchange are you sending to?

Actually I'm sending from platform to platform ... The platform for sending is trustable ... When my Bitcoin highlighted as sent, they usually sent ... I met this scenarios before , but not this long ... Didn't appear in blockchain.info or any alt explorer ..  Kinda worry ... Any advice ?

And to confirm whether is my Bitcoin address problem , I tried sent another 0.095 from cryptsy to my Bitcoin address, then it appear right away with "unconfirm" and confirmed now ... But my previous sent till now still haven't appear on blockchain .. Kinda worried .. My address

Have you tried contacting the support of this exchange? They may have suspended withdrawals.

By "platform" do you mean a website where you don't have direct control over the private keys (examples would be exchange account, mining pool, etc).

If so understand you can't actually "send" bitcoins all you can do is make a request through the website.

If you made a request and the transaction id doesn't show up in blockchain.info, blockexplorer, or your local wallet it is very likely that either
a) the service has NOT sent your coins
or
b) the service has had an error which produced an invalid transaction that wasn't relayed to peers on the network.

Either way the place to start if the website/service where you made the request and ask them why they haven't sent your coins.

It may take a while for transactions to confirm but valid transactions created by competent service providers should propagate across the network within a matter of seconds.

Simple version:
If a website (any website) reports "we sent your coins" and it has been 60 seconds and your wallet, blockchain.info and blockexplorer all don't show it, then they haven't sent them (or haven't sent them properly). Don't accept excuses that it "might take a while", that is nonsense.  Confirmations "take a while" unconfirmed transactions should be relayed to all nodes on the network within seconds.

Hi all, thanks for the prompt replied . Really appreciate it..

The platform usually updated as "sent" it mean they have already sent it ... I been using that platform for quite a period of time , very trustable platform...  As I mentioned , I occur the same scenarios before, and keep asking their support before , all they did is replied me , saying the system of their confirm sent it already .. And after usually 2-3hour , it then appeared in blockchain.info .. But today is the worse , didn't see it until now ... I haven get the TX information, as their incharge already knock off.. Gmt time 2.39am now .
(Their platform didn't suspend withdrawal, and I double checked , it's status as "sent" )

Obvious they were lying lol.
If they really send the tx, you can should be able to find it on blockchain.info or blockr.io seconds later (even if it is unconfirmed).

Another thing is maybe they never put transaction fee ... As I always received without any transaction fee output.... Which quite frustrated some time to wait for the confirmation .... Once they sent around 90btc bulk for separated address for 0.0001 btc transaction fee only .... But mostly 0 .. It's their auto mati systems issue I guess

In that case, it will really take some time to get included in a block...
Guess you can do nothing now, but wait patiently...

Just search your address on blockchain.info or blockr.io, to see if there is such a tx.

It doesn't exist on the network.  Your "great trusted platform admin" is incompetent or crooked.   You haven't been paid.

a76987a95f45f9f3bdc1f7c56b7ec39fc9444e1579a4861fe5cc97113b9d88e5

but it still shows nothing at www.blockchain.info/tx/a76987a95f45f9f3bdc1f7c56b7ec39fc9444e1579a4861fe5cc97113b9d88e5

what kind of exchange it was?

Write to that admin and tell him: please check tx - transaction not found. You have to make another payment.

If he's not stupid he will see that his payment did not appear in Bitcoin network. Not your fault.
