As per most recent consensus in #Tenebrix, the 1.5m TBX Tenebrix Dev Fund, which is supposed to be used to

* Pay developers for Tenebrix improvement and fixes (across the span of several years)

* Arranging for urgent hiring of needed professionals should need for an "ASAP" fix arise

* Pay bounties to a variety of services and such to reward acceptance

* Support other needs of Tenebrix across the span of several years

is to be divided among several trustworthy individuals with high esteem in the community.

Of course, it is up to the community to propose candidates and find a consensus as to who should those people be.

I guess that's all, let's hear whom you deem worthy

I would say no.  Doublec is prone to implusive moves.  He shut down sc services on people with zero warning.  He posted FUD on the nmc exchange.   He abused his IRC op privs to squash discussion on that.

People shouldn't be able to propose themselves, or rather, those that vote on themselfs would have their vote ignored, and anyone with zero votes or less (i like to think of votes against as -1 vote, even if the total votes becomes negative) is definetly out.

I mean he kicked me, while I was pointing out where your message was FUD still.  And your 'everyone' else in the channel was a whole two people , you  and ArtForz, and I saw the last message from art that was starting to agree with me as I got kicked by you for no good reason, except that I did not agree with someone with OP privs.   I also noticed you removed your FUD not very long there after so you must have even stopped agreeing with it yourself.
