Hi

First time post. Wanted to announce new site http://www.bitbet.com

Four casino platforms including 2 live casinos. Full service sportsbook and racebook.

Taking btc now...Play in milibtc. Will have litecoins shortly.

Will not be doing signup/deposit bonuses. Rather we have a unique promo where you earn each Monday 5% btc on your win or loss. Its the total win or loss amount for the week running Mon-Sun.  Its deposited automatically right into btc balance with no rollover. Free to withdraw if wish or play more.

Payouts are not automatic. They are reviewed first and transferred within 24 hours. That will improve in the future.

We have operated offshore for 15+ years with traditional brands and this will be our first cryptocurrency brand.

Look forward to hearing from you good or bad and will constantly be improving the service.

Signup is one-click but you do need to choose a password, payout question and add your preferred payout address for security.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Terrible name.. you should have researched bitcoin gambling sites first. Having BTC stuck in the limbo in your site is not acceptable either.

Donated a few months back.

Before releasing the site we visited often getting ideas about bit and reading as much info as possible.

Donated then. With the release of the site wanted to become available on forum for anyone with questions.

Ehem, perhaps you have never heard of bitbet.us? also, I'm referring to the 24 hour approval period before cashout. That won't do here.

bitbet.us loks like a great site.

obviously, very different than our own considering they dont run a casino, sportsbook and racebook.

24 hours before payouts is for security purposes in the beginning. and its up to 24hrs...normally processed rather quickly. we advertise up to 24 hours in case the account needs to be checked by the fraud dpt.

Offering a bonus based on your net win/loss at the end of the week is a horrible idea.  If I'm up money it encourages me to stop betting.  It should be based on the VOLUME of play.

Volume couldnt be done at current time. We have so many different casino platforms available we cant at this time add a volume bonus that could be used across all...in the future if and when we can we may add volume as a secondary choice for all players.

A btc bonus right into the account which can be used across all platforms is alot easier with alot less headaches. Plus, the fact you get bonused even when you win is a nice way to thank players as well.

Keep in mind to prevent what you mentioned about stopping play there is a minimum of 5 bets per week.

Sorry you dont like the brand but if change mind give us a shout.

thanks

It would be very easy to incorporate a volume-based bonus.  You have records of everyone's bets, yes?

5 bets is nothing.  As I said, your system encourages abuse.  What's to stop someone from creating an account, making 5 bets, then making a new account, making 5 bets, making a new account, making 5 bets, ect ect?  That way the player can lock in the bonus on each account and not worry about future wins/losses cancelling it out.

Furthermore, if a player has a really good (or really bad) day at the start of the week, your system makes it beneficial for them to not give you any more action for the rest of the week.

A volume-based bonus system is ideal, but if you are unwilling to do that, a deposit bonus would be good also.  The current system is bad for you.

We have operated offshore for 15+ years with traditional brands and this will be our first cryptocurrency brand.
Can we disclose any other brands you have? Just so we can trust you easily.

Hi. I'm new to the forum, and my only motivation for posting is to warn others about bitbet.com.

I requested a payout/cashout weeks ago, for roughly the same amount I deposited: ~.10 BTC

I had read that it might take up to 24 hours for payment, however that time came and went with nary a confirmation email or any kind of email acknowledging the request, or any kind of email indicating that there was any reason for delay.

I have proactively contacted this organization 4 times regarding the unfulfilled cashout request. # of times I had been contacted in reply: zero.

I did manage to get a chat representative online, and have attached a transcript below. It felt like i was being BS'd. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but days following this exchange and in the absence of any kind of update, I can only say my belief that they are a scam has only solidified. From the exchange below, can anyone get a sense of what Carolina was saying I would be receiving? Confirmation? Their site makes it appear like cashouts are fast and handled anonymously. I don't require anonymity, I only require consistency and a sense of trust. Not included in the exchange is the time that elapsed between responses. This exchange took well over 20 minutes.

Lastly, what an utter lack of process and/or professionalism to lure customers in with the promise of fast easy cashouts, only to be met with: 'Just be ready to have your information, we will be sending a confirmation.'

What information?
What confirmation?
What time frame?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Chris: BITBET.COM CHAT REQUEST Hello. I am for the 3rd time requesting status of cashout request for ID BITXXXXXXX. Thanks
You are now speaking with Carolina of Payouts Questions.
Chris: hello.
Carolina: Hi Chris!
Chris: hows your day going?
Carolina: Good Chris! Thanks for asking!
Chris: i requested a cashout a week ago, perhaps longer now. i thought the expected wait was to be around 24 hours. im just concerned. reading a lot of negative stuff, and this being my first cashout attempt, you kind of want that to go smoothly to build up trust.
Carolina: Ok sir let me check
Carolina: Ok Chris
, I passed your information to my supervisor, and she goes to commission for resolving.
Just be ready to have your information, we will be sending a confirmation.
We will give you as soon as possible the payout.
Chris: is there an explanation for the delay?
Chris: and i don't understand why i would not receive any kind of confirmation to my email immediately upon requesting the cashout
Carolina: Yes sir,
we have delays with Bitcoins, but we will prioritize you to have the information as soon as possible
Chris: What am i confirming in the confirmation?
Chris: or are you confirming my cashout?
Carolina: That
has already processed your payout
Chris: i see. so, everyone lately has been experiencing delays due to issues with bitcoins?
Carolina: There are enough in the process
Chris: ok. thanks for your time. i hope to see a successful cashout so that trust is established. as of now, im still worried.
Carolina: Your welcome sir
Carolina: Have a good day!
