706558d6931bcdc38da61b8ca36ef7a549cef22d1207d91ff6aff3ce5818b315 is the txID of the transaction. I sent .30xx bitcoin to an address I also have sent to this address a previous time on 12-08-15. Is there any way I can find out where I  mistakenly sent the funds?

I'm not sure I understand the question here. You mistakenly sent bitcoins to an address that you sent funds to in 2015?

In the transaction ID you posted, the only address that received 0.30xx is 13u4SCweq18Tus5ZvWUzM5zBLVWaLw4ZJW and it has no transactions from 2015. Either way, there is no possible way to know to whom you sent the funds to unless that address is linked to an exchange or a known service, you could use walletexplorer.com for that purpose.
