(not a real file name for obvious reasons)SickBastard69's account/torrent is reported as child pornography by a concerned citizen
Or one of the files matches against a known md5 in the big database of child porn most governments keeps for a collaborative effort to locate victims via facial recognition and md5 tracking
The government agency connects to the torrent and downloads all the files for further investigation.
They send an abuse/takedown email to the torrent tracker to report that SickBastard69 is sharing child porn.
They stay connected to the torrent until it is removed from the tracker in order to see the IP address of all peers connected to that particular torrent.
Moving forward:
I would be genuine and truthful during the course of this investigation.
If they have seized your devices, they are likely simply looking for more child porn on your HDD.
Tell them what you thought you were downloading, they don't care about any of the pirated movies on your HDD and they don't want your bitcoins.
