-- The "debit card transactions" option is available broadly in the US and Canada.

-- For other countries (mostly in Europe), we offer other ways to seed an account (via credit card) to a limited group of early alpha users, and we only support fixed-amount recurring transfers (vs. variable "round-up" transactions).
