Real estate is a business everyone should get involve in,as shelter is a requirement by all, the rich and the poor, my strategy is to invest in BTC, I ensure I take profit and the profit is invested in real estate, Investment in real estate require some form of capital.

To me investing in both is the best option. It is never a wide decision to lay one's egg in one basket. Both are profitable investments; while Bitcoin is a long term investment, property can yield returns in few monhts.

I cant beleive i missed the previous discussion. Investing in bitcoin tops the list for me. It is much more cheaper and can be more lucrative if given time.
Instead of leaving my money in the bank and keep receiving peanuts as interests, I'll invest into bitcoin and reap more both short and long term.

For now the bitcoin is not really ideal because market price plays at minimal market price and this is not good because it could really lose some of your money especially if you had invested during the time when bitcoin market price is high. So investing in a property is a good choice.

it seems that the most suitable for investment today is bitcoin because with the bitcoin you can get a lot of profit because bitcoin has a very good price movement and can provide a lot of benefits.

If you are willing to risk it, go for bitcoin. We have to face it that it is much riksy to invest in bitcoin than in property since the value is not that stable. Not like properties which will only just increase in value over time.

Nowadays, being practical is the best strategy for me. Just buy a small house and lot then the rest is investing in bitcoin to gain more profit before investing again some real estate property. Bitcoin is the best investment at this moment. You can earn bigger in just a short of time.
Thats true I agree, you can choose both also if you afford. But today bitcoin is popular and you will earn profit easily, so I think bitcoin is much better. |

We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows : 1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest} The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit. 2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time. I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances.  We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford.  Nowadays properties are getting expensive each month. So, In my opinion, its your decision what will you choose bitcoin then its a big risk but I am not a bias or anything I would choose to save my properties first. |

We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford. Real estate is a more reliable investment as you can never know what would happen on crypto market the next day. Definitely, it is better to live in your own house/flat than to rent one having to spend on that up to 50% of your monthly earnings. I've heard about some reckless adventurists who sold their houses and invested all the money in crypto - one has to be indeed a very risky bro to do that. |

Investing in the property is indeed very good, but we have to think about it, how we will get from there. an example in my country if we buy land on a housing project for $ 20,000, and to build a house we need $ 7000, it means we have to spend $ 27,000. and if it is finished we can put a price of $ 40,000, can be seen we will get how much profit. and this I have to prove yes, of course, I invest property from bitcoin as well. indeed this takes a long time. |

All of you guys are so lucky that you can afford to have a loan to own a house or have enough money to invest in bitcoin. Many people in many poor country don’t have that opportunity in life. But if given the chance i will prefer to invest in property and have my own house because it is so hard to pay every month for the rent, instead use the money for family expense. However investing in bitcoin is also good if you are investor, because if it goes up again like last year it is very easy for you to buy a house. But as for me, i can’t afford to risk my only money in bitcoin if i don’t have my own house to live in.

I think percentage wise it's an easy choice - bitcoin can easily go three, four, five times it's value in a short period of time. Good luck finding a property that will do the same thing. Granted, property value will probably be more stable than btc but I still think btc is the better choice if you have money to invest and aren't afraid of the bear market.

Property might have little risk of losing money but it can give a little profit even after a long time, but if you will invest money in bitcoin there may be the risk of losing money is so high but still you can get a very instant profit which i never think is possible from a real trading or from property bargaining. |

Practically im on property since this is more reliable and more truthful as we all dreaming to have our own houses to bring our family.
But i have a bet in bitcoin too,because if we can wait for years of investing,then bitcoin is the most appropriate for every single person that trusting this community

Bitcoin, like any other cryptocurrencies in the market, is on a highly volatile market. It means it could go up and down in value very quickly. As for investing in properties, their value appreciates every year. I would rather use my profits earned from Bitcoin to start investing in properties for the long-term run. Just my two sats. |

It depends on where are you gonna profit most and what is the right investment for you now based on your financial status right now because if will really depend on your skills on how are you gonna manage your assets be it bitcoin or real estate but a wise choice right now is go with the real estate just to provide a basic need for you and in the future.

Every property doesn't grow, it happens with respect to the growth taking place around the particular property. Even upon the property investment there is risk, with bitcoin one experience a unpredicted market fluctuation which is the one that makes it more of a risky investment than the investment over properties. |
