In my own opinion, it does not make sense to collect loan in the bank to invest into bitcoin or any crypto related business as it could back fire just as the marker is down now. A lot of people that borrowed money to buy bitcoin during last year december would be in serious trouble. Best is to invest into properties and use a little fraction and invest into bitcoin.

I believe that the best investment would be the bitcoin since it is worth 7000 dollars for 100,000 and it would reach you for 16.5 more and if each one in 20 years to a million dollars then you would have 16.5 million dollars and I would pay you all the rent for all that time and you should not anything to the bank would be net earning so my option is bitcoin

The thing is most of these people were stupid to invest in Bitcoin with borrow money. We always say, never fund Bitcoin investments with borrowed money. <loans/credit cards etc.> and people still do it. We also see people borrowing money from a Bank to fund property investments and these markets also collapsed with the Property bubble a few years back. The only way to invest in Bitcoin, would be to use some of your saving and to withdraw that, if the price drop more than 15% <failsafe> and to sell if it goes above 15% to re-coop some of your investment.

I have tried it so I will not advice even my enemy to venture into sure thing. Leave in an apartment that you have money to afford, diversify your sources of income until you have your personal money to rent or buy the big house of your choice. Borrowing money from the bank means you are living above your income.

I will suggest bitcoins for short time Investment because there is no guarantee for long time investment..But there is gurantee for assets like properties that the price will increase with time...Bitcoin can stop anytime but asset can not...bitcoin can be asset but asset can not be bitcoin...There is a huge difference... Invest in bitcoins for short time Investment...Invest in properties for long time Investment or your own enjoyment.

I always try to diversify whole amount of my investments in cryptocurrencies, especially real estate, stocks and fiat money proportionally. That's why I always take profit from cryptocurrencies and buy real assets or hold in fiat. I always try to keep 30% of investments in assets with stable prices.

I have my own house, so I did not have a question of choice. But I would still invest money in cryptocurrency, even if I didn't have my own home. Renting a house is cheaper than buying it.

I think it's depend on every country. In my country, property is really the best way to invest your money because almost every year the price of property here is increasing. If I have much money I will invest like 60-70% to property and the rest to bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
It depends on the people on what they will choose. But if you think of now and for your future, i suggest that invest in both. Its best to put your money on the things that will surely benefits you now and your future. Dont waste you time and money in a thing that will not benefits you. Wise people are the people that will not regret their decision because im sure that they will choose the right thing to do.

It seems to me that investing in bitcoins is more profitable. I read a few articles about what to invest in real estate is not so profitable and will pay off such a purchase for a long time. And with bitcoin you will get profit much faster.

Both Bitcoin and property investment are good option for investment but in my opinion I would prefer Bitcoin . Since to earn property we should have more fund for buying property but real estate business may be profitable but I have no experience in this field in real estate I think it is more challenging than Bitcoin ,Bitcoin investment we get profit very soon so i prefer Bitcoin investment may be more profitable since we can trade in Bitcoin and make more profit and trading is done without a break ..

We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford. We are all Bitcoin enthusiasts here, however, Bitcoin is, let's face it, a high risk investment. If you bought Bitcoin at 200$ (or 2$!) and sold at 19000$, the road to "big house" is easy. But most don't do that, exactly because they don't afford to do that. And if you have to watch your investment scared that you may be losing money, like many who bought at 12k-19k last December, then you better stick on smaller goals. The best approach imho is to achieve something stable you can afford with the traditional way, even a loan in the bank, and invest only some surplus "you can afford to lose" into crypto. Of course, the bank loan doesn't have to be too big and nearly impossible to be paid. And then, whenever the crypto currencies grow big enough for your needs, you can pay the loan. This may happen in a year, or 10, or not at all. If the loan is paid with the help of crypto, then you can dream for something even bigger. One step at a time. Yeah it should be in the process and we should not forget that buying a property with the expectation that it could be achieve with cryptocurrency easily is not true. The system could guarantee you earning but not fast as others would say about bitcoin market price volatility. As we all know that the thing that we could be able to earn on the system is to invest bitcoin in bitcoin in lower amount or market price then sell when market price goes high. For now, market price for bitcoin is cheap and this is the best time to invest on it.

Both of them are good choice for investment, property is something which is always compared with gold because it has no decay on the other hand the value and demand of bitcoin is increasing day by day and it has become an easy way to make money.

Such decision might also depend on the country you live in. In some countries property like real estates could be very lucrative business so it's worth investing. Also, I beleive that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are the future and that the value will rise so I would split the investment on both, Bitcoin and some property. But I beleive that it's still easier to invest in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin in its wake can also be regarded as an asset or property. Investing in Bitcoin is one smart move because it holds the keys to the future of financing. It is always best to diversify your investment portfolio, allocating part for Bitcoin and part for real estates.

We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows : 1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest} The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit. 2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time. I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances. We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford. In my opnion both are good However, I hate to take home loans at the Bank so i'll choose to invest in bitcoin first And hopefully with my investment in bitcoin i can invest in property one day

It is always better to invest on bitcoins than property as there is good potential for the price of bitcoins to go higher and higher due to increase in the demand for bitcoins every day even though bitcoins was initially considered as a digital currency now most of the people see this as a good investment option due to the potentiality of the rise in the price of bitcoins. Property investment is also a good option but you will not be able to earn good profits like in investing bitcoins.

For the time being, IMO, property is the safest option, but it might not be as lucrative as Bitcoin might be. On the other hand, Bitcoin is too dicey to put all your assets into it. As soon as Bitcoin becomes generally accepted and recognized as a financial instrument/asset/legal tender/whatever etc., you can invest in it, but then again, when it becomes legally accepted, it will inevitably lose some part of its value, which will make it a little less attractive as an investment for most people.

I think Bitcoin can give us the opportunity to double this amount of money while investing in property is more reliable. We can invest a little part of our savings and exchange it wisely for us to be able to earn a good income and get out of the investment in cryptocurrancy if we get fast enough.

I do believe in Bitcoin as most of us here, but it has shown its exponential growth only once (!) in its lifetime and it has been out there for quite a short period of time for us to be able to make a long-term projections of its movement and tell whether it will grow that much ever again. We simply don't know as there is no reliable historical data. That is why I'd say if you're willing to take a very high risk then go ahead, invest in bitcoin and God bless you. If you'd like to sleep well without permanent checking the market figures, you should invest into good old property, but be ready to invest some portion of the money you have into Bitcoin... IMHO. Maybe I'm wrong.

Investments in real estate bring very little income, so it is more profitable to invest in Bitcoin, but it needs to be done right to limit its risks.
