Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment?

I think, both bitcoin or property, good investment Investing in Bitcoin can be more beneficial. But Bitcoin has the risk. That is, if the price goes down in the market, the loss will be more than profit. You all will end. But maybe your profits may be lower by investing in property. They are choices of each, having a good home is certainly a choice of many people, depends on the options you have at disposal. In the case of an investment, between a house or property and Bitcoin, goes from the profile of each one, having a house is a much more conservative choice, without many risks and with little chance of great valuations. Bitcoin can value a lot, but it is very volatile, you need to have a good mindset.

I think the second option is better because in these years of paying interest rate may be in a particular month a person is not able to pay interest so that is not a good idea.Moreover the bitcoin is good for short term investments and get a profit is just some months.So,a person is alive to see his or her profit and loss in just some months and they can buy house with this amount which they get from bitcoin investment.

I think that it depends on your purposes. For example BTC can rise up in short-term period but it is too volatile and unpredictable. Property is definitely long-term investment and the price changes slow.

I agree with you, property values continue to increase with clarity that is binding every year, and they move legally with a strong legal basis, bitcoin cannot imitate it, but I still want it too because it is able to provide good profits even with great risks, at most not bitcoin has a good volume and market to trade every day. but property is the best for now.

I did what in the second option. I had a sum of money, and I was faced with a choice - to buy a house in a mortgage or invest in cryptocurrency. At your own risk, I bought bitcoins, and very pleased with this decision.

Yes I agree on that. Crypto is really risky but it is also surprising, because we don't even know when will be the price grow up and we can really gain on it during the price will rise i believe in crypto because I already gain on it before and it is really the most amazing investment ever.

I am for bitcoin. And not because it is fashionable, it really can make good money, and quite quickly. There are huge prospects in cryptocurrency, and the real estate market is not very profitable today.

If you are just going to buy a property to sell it again after a few years then you might want to choose btc over it. People buy property then wait so the value will increase every year and that's very long and also hard to sell but with bitcoin, you just need some 2 years before you get 100% ROI back.

well  for many it  is just not realistic to save up the whole amount  to buy a house  cash. prices on houses  are going up  yearly and by the  time you have saved  the desired amount you  will find its not  enough  because  prices have risen again, so that is why many people go for mortgage loans. But if you  take something  well with in your means  and have  enough money at the end  of the month  then I would suggest to invest in other assets such as bitcoin  or other real estate properties. In any case you need to be patient and determined if you want to well off.

We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows :

1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest}

The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit.

2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time.

I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances.  

We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford. 

Property is also a good investment and the profits are quite good, but property takes place and it's hard work requires many employees because it is impossible for us to do it ourselves
but Bitcoin is more profitable and does not need employees to help our work and the way it works is also quite simple, it's just how it works using the brain and good capital, I prefer Bitcoin for investment

Can you do both, provided that you already have your own house to live and we're talking about investment money and not savings/retirement funds? I totally agree that housing loan sucks with high interest and your house can be taken from you if you're not able to continously pay for mortgage but I don't think it's a good idea to invest all your money in bitcoin knowing the high risk involve. So why not part of your invest in a house you can buy and sell and part of it invest in bitcoin, I think that's a win-win situation.

nowadays there may still be many people think that property becomes the best investment, but some people are now switching to bitcoin. personally although I am involved in crypto currency I think investing in property will be safer with less risk than you invest in bitcoin

I think that you are totally right about that. It seems to me that investing in property is a very good idea because you can physically see where you putted your hardwork, Bitcoin is very good in investing if you want to rise your money after a few months though. As far as I know, investing in property is a long term goal. Its not a joke to invest that kind of thing and you really have a huge amount of money before you can invest there but you can even earn more in a year because of it.

Now at present according to the condition its better to invest for a property because that's a physical thing while bitcoin is a digital thing...You dont even have any papers or proof that you are or you were having bitcoins.

Real estate prices are already sky high. I don't see the scope for further appreciation in the prices. In the near future, apartment prices in the metro cities may fall, as the second and third tier cities develop further (especially in Asia).
