Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment?

Why not have both? But of course, we have to start off with something. Start investing in Bitcoin or alts. When we have gained enough funds from crypto, then we can consider purchasing some properties or even start a small business. This will surely give leverage on our financial status as we move forward on this venture. See, there is really no reason to choose one over the other coz both are good and can be beneficial for us. It's just a matter if being able to make the right decisions and learning how to manage things.

There are two type of people one of them think that property becomes the best and safe investment but another people are interesting to investment in bitcoin. In my view I like to invest in Bitcoin. Because we invested a small amount of money in Bitcoin and we can earn double profit and more extra multiply to what we have invested. If we earned the profit from Bitcoin too much or little extra then can buy the property anytime.

Definitely property, but just if you have enough money to invest in. Bitcoin is easier to invest in and profit might be higher, but it is very volatile and associated with some risks of exchanging it to fiat, so the answer is clear here.

I would say both bitcoin and property are actually good investment choice for investors, as it would allows the investors to earn huge profits when the market outlook is positive, but investing in property would usually requires a lot of money and investors might need to loan some of the amount with a bank, this action is quite risky if the investors are not able to repay the loan due to financial problem in certain months. Bitcoin is not as costly as a property, and investors could also have the choice to accumulate bitcoin slowly within a comfortable pace, but the huge volatility price swing in bitcoin trading is something that the investors should take note of.

it depends on the type of property you mean. if it's like gold, and other jewelry. it looks like it has the same value as bitcoin if it is held for a long time. well, but for now I might be better off using it in the form of bitcoin.

We had a very interesting discussion over the weekend and people debated if it was better to invest in property or to invest in Bitcoin. The argument was as follows :

1. Most people cannot afford to buy property, so they take a home loan at a Bank. The home loan is paid back with interest and some of these loans are spread out over 20 years to make it affordable to the person who takes out the loan. So, over that 20 years the house of $100 000 will cost you say $1 000 000. {$900 000 paid in interest}

The argument is also that the property has to increase in value, with more than $900 000 for you to say that it was a good investment AND you have to sell that property to get that profit.

2. The other side of the room said it was better to rent a smaller property and to invest the "savings" into something like Bitcoin, because your profit will pay for a bigger deposit or even a whole property in a few years time.

I think paying a high interest rate to a Bank is just as bad as paying rent to a Landlord, because you are getting screwed in both these circumstances.  

We all want to live in big houses that we cannot afford. 

This is is very common habit of all the human of saving some money for their future generations and thus they used to invest into many things , as earlier people use to invest into gold where they earn and wait till the inflation of valuation of gold and then they started investing into stock market and in property and this is the current time investment method and side by side there is also a bank investment where they get profit in terms of interest rate but I think bitcoin is the most successful and profitable investment of the era.

The property can be called a more usual type of investment while bitcoin is something that is new. What is better for investing money, each person must decide for himself. It seems to me it is possible to invest money in both directions if finances permit.

In my opinion, although I am involved in crypto currency, I think investing in property will be safer with less risk than you invest in bitcoin

Both of them are good but one is virtual and another is solid and I always like to prefer solid things instead of virtual things. So, property would be the best choice.

Well, if you'd pay $900.000 intrest on a $100.000 loan over 20 years, you should switch banks immediately
I took a loan of €150.000 over 20 years when i bought my house 10 years ago, in the end i'll have to pay about €40.000 intrest, but i can deduct this intrest from my taxes, so in the end i'll pay about €20.000 out of pocket to loan €150.000 for 20 years (this are approximate numbers).

I'm a big fan of crypto, but i'd personally rather have a house to live in than a big fat crypto wallet... I guess i'm to oldfashioned
I do realise i can get a lot more profit when i would have invested all my money into crypto, but you can't live in your wallet...

Funny but I agree with you. 
Besides, you can buy bitcoin with less amount than what you need to purchase a house but how long are you gonna wait holding your bitcoin for a good return, until then you cannot sleep on the street until that time comes. Me personally, i will go for physical investment for something tangible. All investments are risky anyway.
