Sounds like a weak project, I don't blame it like a fraud or something, it even can survive but have a small chances. If you have an extra few $ then feel free yourself but I won't be so positive about it  |

At first take a look at price and trading volume of TKA on Coinmarketcap. After that I think you should check Twitter of Tokia  . Tokia's twitter account only have more than 1k follower and seem like only few followers really care about this project. After check these things, I think you shouldn't risk your money by investing in this cryptocurrency |

I have never read about the Tokia project so I can't comment too much. Before you invest, do research first. Although the price offered for this coin is cheap, considering its future is important.
