• Be legible: easy to read and understand, good choice of font and size;
• Be attractive: clean, neat, a good combination of colors, you can use miscellaneous Unicode characters if necessary;
• Stand out: users must clearly notice it after they read the post;
• Call the user's attention: that depends on the message, some examples could be "A special prize for you", "A free special prize for you", "Get an exclusive prize";

No, I don't like it. The text is bad, it is too long and already explaining what the prize is about, I want as little text as possible to arouse users' curiosity. The color combination is horrible, no contrast between the letters and the background, it looks completely boring. The stars in the beginning and in the end also look bad because they are assymmetrical.

I'm not really good with color , but you need a text that puts pressure on a person to use your product.
Every signature has text offering something to the viewer.
But yours should force the viewer to read this.
How ?
You must stress and/or exaggerate the lack of security they have.
