The announcement date was chosen on the principle of asap due to the end of cooperation with the previous team.

For me, as a bounty Manager, the task is to eliminate people working on the forum with software to automate bounty as well as a huge army of bots.

Also, it was taken into account the desire of the development team to make the most smooth transition between the system of organization and work with bounty. All participants through 9 weeks used to leave messages on the forum, and that they were comfortable to move to the new conditions of the bounty, both options were left.

p.s. I don't like forum posts like bounty report, as it slows down the check and doesn't allow me to work quickly with large datasets.
