Bounty for ETH. No for tokens. Idea. Discussion.

Imagine the situation
- We have ready product, for example, crypto casino. It earns 20 to 40 ETH per month.
- The project works and do not need upgrade. All we needs to get 1000 ETH per month is advertising.
- I have idea to organize a bounty only for project advertising (not for ICO). Members of the bounty will receive 10% of the company's profits within six months.
- Company is pure transparent for all bounty members, because use blockchain and smart-contracts.

Example
The company earned 40 ETH this month. 4 ETH (10%) are distributed among the participants. Advertising works. After a couple of months, the company has already earned 400 ETH. 40 ETH (10%) are distributed among the participants. And so on.

Pros.
- The success of the bounty directly depends on the efforts of the bounties.
- All bounty members receive their reward every week. Do not need wait end of ICO.
- They receive the award ETH. There is no risk of a rapid fall in the price of tokens after the ICO.
- You can work a one month, and get a reward along six months.

Cons.
- The success of the bounty directly depends on the efforts of the bounties.
- At start the number of participants is very limited, since the amount of payments is not big.

How to count stacks.
Stacks are considered for the all time.

Example
- In August you earned 10 stacks.
- In August all participants earned 100 stacks
- In August you get 10% of the budget bounty.

- In September you did not work and you still had 10 stacks.
- Other participants in September earned another 100 stacks.
- The total number of stacks was 200.
- In September you get 5% of the budget bounty.

Even after working once you can steadily make a profit.

Thanks. Some Bounty talk about $1M for bounty members. But many ICOs do not get soft cap, and members lose time. What normal reward for one bounty members in ETH? What do you think?

Equivalent $100 - $2000 in ETH. Depends from user Position (Jr. Member, Hore Member etc.), i think.

all the gift from bounty no normal size, all depending on the token sales supply and the number of bounty participants, all the bounty campaign results are always different

the first time following the bounty exchange union, maybe mid-2017, I got paid with ethereum adjusted to the current token rate, I get about 12 ethereum, but the price is still in the range of $ 280 per eth

Its difficult for  a company to give away ETH for bounty but it is possible - its easier to give tokens.

I think the idea is quite good and would participate in such a bounty.
For investors, it would certainly be better if the bounty participants would be paid in eth.
So there would be no dump of tokens after paying the participants.

That may be good scheme but building an online casino and making high revenue with it is very hard and need lots of capital. That is harder.
