[XRP - Ripple] Is there a json ticker we can use?

Like the title says, is there a json ticker that we can use??

Something like this: https://www.bitstamp.net/api/ticker/
but with btc/xrp and-or usd/xrp

I want to use it on my desktop widgets so i can monitor the prices w/o needing to login.
If there isnt i guess i will have to "build" one through ripple api, as im sure there will be ppl wanting this
