Some people are afraid of dying because they think they're gonna be stuck alone forever without a  body.

A few theories:

1. It won't be trillions of years that you perceive. Think about the time before you were born, its the same as what happens when you die. There are no neurons firing that give you the illusion of consciousness. The certain arrangement of neurons and information stored in the brain are what make you 'you.' Eventually, in an unimaginable amount of years, you will exist again, but you won't have any memory or concept of anything before and between. You've probably existed an infinite amount of times, but you would never know. It just happens over and over again.

2. Reincarnation exists but is limited to your genetic line. Which means ONLY if you have children, your recessive conscious imprint will reemerge 3 or 4 generations down the line.

3. You know what's even more scary than death?
Knowing that death is a paradox, and that, by pure chance, you'll still be conscious even in a trillion years.
Actually, you're not beyond it, and there is no soul.
It's simply physically impossible to die from your subjective perspective. You'll notice this soon enough.
You're forced to stay here f o r e v e r. Nobody can free you from this curse.
The mechanics behind this are basically impossible for me to convey, but that doesn't matter, since everyone will eventually realize how it works by themselves.
Once you "get it", it's really easy to understand why you can't die.
After all, you have an eternity to understand it.
(This is the reason for the mentally ill thing).

4. As long as there is a desire to be reborn, you will be reborn. It's a vicious cycle which we must leave

5. Once you don’t need to worry about money you have all the time to be spiritually enlightened. Death isn’t so scary when you realize that it’s normal, and happens to all things that live. You can accept your place in the circle of life. The only scary part is thinking how painful it’ll be, but there’s no use worrying your whole life for a single moment.

6. It's a simulation. You are not alive. Your consciousness is barely unique and only incrementally different from those most like you. Take solace in the knowledge that it will be more efficient to run the seed of your consciousness again, once your instance is done. "You" will not die, but there will be times when you no longer exist. "You" are a data structure.

7. Kill your ego: lsd, mushrooms, dmt
you will no longer fear death and realize (You) is just an illusion and that death is just a transition

8. There is a possibility that quantum immortality might be real. The basic idea is that if the many-worlds interpretation is correct, then "you" always survive in some realities no matter how slim of a chance it is, and your subjective stream of consciousness continues on forever.

9. Once you are conscious you cannot ever die EVER, your body will die but you are Eternal. your counsciousness is Eternal. we most likely created this world ourselves to experience a physicial world with physical laws because we were bored of being Eternal counsciousness. The best thing to do is to realise you wanted this, religion and shit like this are all lies to keep you in fear. you came here to experience and have fun basically. just do whatever the fuck you want and enjoy the world you created for your own entertainment.

This question leads to some existential dilemmas.
Question 2 and 3 in particular, whether they are true or false.
TT= you want to have a child otherwise forever stuck; there's a chance part of your offspring won't figure that out and will be stuck though so hardest call ever
TF= you want to have as many kids as possible as long as you don't mind taking the risk of living other lives (e.g. sometimes things go wrong like people who wake up in cofifns, etc)
FT= you don't want to have kids if that would be their destiny
FF= oh well, whatever you do is ok

It's really tough to make decisions when we aren't given the rules of the game.

I'm afraid to die not with this reason, but because of my loved ones. I don't want them crying, feeling pain and agony just because i'm gone.
But we all know that all the points you posted here are all theories though there are some who testifies that there is really heaven and hell.

How about theory number 10:

Nothing.

We know that consciousness is dependent on normal physiological functioning of the brain. When that functioning stops, so does consciousness. Given that we have all been dead for approximately 13.8 billion years already before we were born, and no one can remember anything about these 13.8 billion years, then it is safe to assume that nothing happens after we die.

In the end, previous lives (if they exist) don't affect you in any discernible way, so it doesn't matter whether or not you are reincarnated. The same goes for multiple universes and the existence of any gods.

Gotta a few more to add on:

First is a quote I read that is basically #1 but conveyed with a positive connotation: "If you ever find yourself worried about leaving the physical world with death, keep in mind, you've done it once before, prior to your birth."

Next is the possibility that modern medicine, at some point in the future, could be good enough to essentially prevent individuals from dying due to "old age". Rather than worrying about death, individuals could keep themselves preoccupied with preserving their own life.
