Update 3 febraury.
Yesterday I tried to negotiate with support, and just when I was ready, even serious concessions on my part (to be honest I think that soon they "server falls" or is "DDoS attack" and "hackers steal my BTC" or something) in reply again - ignore.*
I conclude such that they are not going to pay me. Actually not at all.
Dear players, I have no doubt that each of you has been happy with this win b. Now imagine a situation - you win at roulette in Las Vegas, you have a bunch of chips, you come to the exchange office to exchange them for cash. The ticket office closes in front of your nose. You come for a week to this  casino but hangs announcement - to give you the money is prohibited, the other players easily take smaller money.
You are called up to the casino manager, while he was talking as if you do not come for the win, and ask him to borrow.
And when you reach such an agreement, he throws up, and did not take it.
In real life you have a chance to come to manager, and as we know, he affraid to talk, so you have a chance to bit your money from their ass (for law or not). In btc, for my regret, i have no same chance.
Draw your own conclusions.
A support reading this thread, I know for sure. But he did not have enough brave to answer on the public.

*By the way 10 BTC weekly I was promised 100% yesterday just had to be such a payment.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Dear bitcointalk community.

Dicecoin is happy to have a BIG WINNER, who is user CocaColaMan. 28 January 2015 when he was gambling on our site, he was so lucky/skilled to get 86 BTC!

The story was encouraging, he was winning, then losing, then winning more. We were really happy to stand out from the crowd, announcing this fantastic event.

But…

We maintained contact with CocaColaMan through email. Our cash-flow makes it possible to payout around 2 BTC per day, with respect to other users it was a proposition to CocaColaMan to pay his prize with 10 BTC per week, until 86 BTC will be paid in full. The offer came from the user:

Then CocaColaMan started to negotiate in many ways. The final offer was - 40 BTC to be paid right away. It was definitely a generous offer, but competitive:

We started to gather BTCs Smiley When we had 40 BTC and were happy to congratulate CocaColaMan, found this post blaming us:

If you could imagine how disappointed we were.
So we tried to be positive and contacted CocaColaMan, saying that everything is fine and we’re ready to send 40 BTC as was settled. CocaColaMan sent us the wallet address and enjoyed 40 BTC he won (https://blockchain.info/tx/ae38a47a79e2810f1fc51425dfcdd68be9dc8fe74e2d2512778ca9204012b547).

Right now he’s trying to blackmail us.

Could anyone suggest how to deal with this type of Bitcoin Community member? He’s nervous, aggressive, want his questions to be answered in 30 minutes as he’s the only user and we should pay 100% of attention right to him.

The true is that we never thought that doing a fair business would be so hard. We have some limitations while growing, still doing our best, as always! Additionally we offer a decent compensation for users who would help us to improve Dicecoin (discover imperfections in any way).

We’re proud to be a part of the Bitcoin Community. Please try our service today dicecoin.io and find out how we work not from the blackmailer from forum, but on your own!

To be quite honest, unless you stated on your site specifically that you could only payout 2BTC/day, it's quite unfair to CocaColaMan to not pay him out his full winnings especially since you were allowing 5BTC bets.

I don't think he handled it the best way, but really it's on you to pay him out correctly and on time.

However since he reached out to you and made an agreement, and you've honoured that deal, I don't see what else you can do but come forth and be open with exactly what was said and done.

In my personal opinion, now that a deal has been met, you have no further obligation to pay him but with both stories unfolding and most of the damage already done, what you do next will truly tell existing and future customers of the site a better story of why or why not they should continue to play there.

You should set your max win per bet according to your bankroll, such as 0.5% or 1% of your total bankroll. If you can't pay the loss, you shouldn't allow players to make such a bet in the first place.

This^^^

If you're going to start a gambling business, you NEED to be able to pay people who win.

If you can't pay a winner who bet over a certain amount, then you shouldn't allow the bet to be placed in the first place.

Anything else is just a boring old Ponzi.  And those aren't any fun.

Lol

Ok.
Then there will be more honest if you lay out all the correspondence to make it clear why I agreed to less than half of your winnings. You put me in a position where either settle for less or lose almost everything.
Moreover, put your letter in which you need to remove all the bad comments here, or refuse to pay.
At this point my balance 53 BTC, I agree to receive 13 BTC, and close the issue. My letters you do not answer. BTC concluded with my account is locked. Answer here.
I'm not going to lay out your letters, so be it, which is clearly visible blackmail "Agree to our terms and conditions or wait for BTC is unknown how many"
I`m still think that your are select scammers.
No? Pay out all so pay out all my btc now.

100%. Everythihg else - or kids talking, or select scam.
And by the way - tell everyone why i start to ask you to pay me my win Bcs you answer me just - sorry we have no opportunity to pay you, just about 5-10 btc weekly. And on that day when you must pay you pay nothing and go to sleep.
I repeat that my choice was so because you don`t pay me nothing 1 week from day of winning and ignore my emails and shotdown your "casino"
Your are not "part of btc community" your stile - like traditional banks in Russia working. "You want to take your money? Wait. Why? Bcs we told you wait. How many wait? Haha. We don`t know"

Hi all!

We want to inform bitcointalk community that we honestly feel that satisfied CocaColaMan claim as settled in the email we’ve posted earlier.

The worst thing is that getting 40 BTC as settled CocaColaMan started to blackmail us. Regarding this unpleasant situation we reserve the right to ban him personally (and all accounts associated with him) from our site.

Please be sure that any gambling service would make a security check on the big wins which aren’t a part of a trend. So do we. CocaColaMan made 12000 of bets which should be analyzed and checked on a possibility of fraud. Only after security check is done, the money will be paid. Please don’t assume that it works other way for our competitors. We’re not the first day in the business and know good how it works under the hood.

I could reassure the bitcointalk community that from the start we was dedicated to pay CocaColaMan the full sum. 40 BTC was his idea, so we agreed.

Thanks all for your comments and support.

Welcome to dicecoin.io!

You f---ing liers, where is just one proof that you want to pay me all of my win?
You try to blocked me? Ok, it`s not a finish. I will not stop, i wiil not let you work normally.
You must pay me at least 7 btc that i won, and this 7 btc will cost your reputation.

You have violated this before you personally promise to pay 50 BTC here and now - and with your hand it ok?

Keep calm dude.  I might be mistaken, but it sounds like they're going to pay you in full but want to validate all your bets first (which is fair).

If all the gambling you did was legit, then sit tight and await your money Smiley.  There's no point in biting the hand that feeds you.

ok, i was at training and a liitle calm. And what i want to say. First, i lost a lot of money in this casino. Second, i win more than lost. It was amazing.
I start to withdraw it. But can withdraw just a little. About sum that i lost before.
After support tell me that will check my bets. After it - that all is ok. And their can`t pay me because it`s too much. I read these thread and see that people already has the same problem with this service.
Imagine the situation that you have won a lot of money in Russian casinos about which can be found only negative information.
I tried to agree with support. And give a discount (not more than 30%) from my won to take all money.
After their send a letter about their can pay me just half (!!) or i must wait. Why i must wait? Maybe i do some not for rules. Their rules.
Not.
At that day i tell that ok, 50 btc and close issue. But their don`t pay and don`t answer nothing.
Next day, their also don`t anser nothing. But if i - biggest winner, can you spend a little more time to send me one email. Not?
And after, their turn off the site. What i can think? That their try to stole my win.
Depressed, i send a letter that ok, 40 btc. And after it site turn on and their answer my email very quick. Their tell me that first i must delete all my reveiews from here and after their send me btc.
Sure, that i think that people just play with me, and start to play with their too. Blackmail etc.
But now I propose to resolve this issue definitively. Since last win I want to get another 10 BTC - but if not, then not. Community judge. But yesterday I honestly won another 7 BTC. They just need to give back. Correct me if I'm wrong
And peace to everyone.
By the way, if somebody here tell me earlier something like "Dude, this guys are ok, everything will be good" i was not so nervous.

upd. I won 1 more btc lol  Grin total 54.23 now
