The main question is how could his withdrawal amount is changed from 25+btc to 4+btc, where is the 20+btc gone since he only made 2btc deposit once.

4) Then he played and decided to withdraw 4 BTC, which he did. It made 4 BTC to be displayed in "Withdrawals".

Withdrawals (in a profile) = Pending withdrawals amount + Withdrawn amount.

I did a test just now, and I have no problem in claiming the faucet. The faucet cool down is rather long at 600 seconds though.
