Pikachu12 - stopped responding to telegram and blocked after asked for money

What happened::

Pikachu12 contacted me over telegram and bitcointalk for services and we discussed the terms. Unfortunately, he never showed up on time and ghosted after sometime without settling the dues. Recently I found that he was simply ignoring and was active in other communities. I contacted him from other telegram account and chatted bit. Once I said I'm the same guy, he blocked me over there. He is deliberately ignoring me with out clearing the issue. I have waited ~2 months avoid false accusation, but I don't think I have to do that anymore after he blocked me on telegram and changed usernames there.

Make sure you provide as much information as possible... Details of posts, PMs and IMs etc. Otherwise we really have no clue as to who owes whom what...
