i am using the wallet in windows 10 , just make sure to set compatibility to lower windows and run as an admin. worked for me

The theme is Windows 10 is not official supported still,
but the rest of developers are very serious about functioning...

in blockchain at code with all user with more than L#100,

- it is a three level distributed: Liberty Nucleus, Liberty Audit and Liberty Wallet.

Wallet is very fine because wallet.ini is all private keys are encrypted twice and do not record others things
in hard disc, very useful and modern, nextly will hace import, export and address generator..

Liberty has no mining...
It is a distributive system..

With Bitcoin, miners win with transactions and mining.

Liberty is not mined. It was created in the genesis. And cannot create more up to full distribution of the total amount.

With Liberty, fee is for all the people with more of L#100 in your account (address) lifetime..
If you would send L#1 and your balance is L# 99, you do not will receive the fee part.

If fee pool is L#50 and there are 10 users with more than L#100, L#5 will receive each one.

Liberty has not mining, is a green coin...
No one ASIC for Liberty. Liberty is for the people, not corporations..
