Reddit TipBot needed for a new alt-coin

It's basically a bot that has it's own reddit account and with the command:

+/u/tipbotname 1000 doge

You can send from your own tip bot address coins to someone elses by just writing that in the comment.

Developer should maintain it and make sure it works 24/7 for a long time.
