Here is my reputation thread.

Rig is in Massachusetts USA, try and use North American pools.

Refund/Credit Policy:
  • I will refund any rig downtime
  • Downtime for not having enough pools or because of pool slowdowns won't be refunded.  Please make sure you use more than one pool and ideally chose pools located in North America.  If more than one pool is specified the rig is configured to switch to a different one in case of a slowdown (given there is more than one).

Advice for any rig rental:
  • Use more than one pools (can't stress this one enough)
  • Use pools from more than one domain. I suggest using at least two pool sites, if one goes down chances are the second one will be up and running.  This isn't always true if you use the EU and US server of the same pool!

If one of my rig has downtime don't worry, I will contact you for extra time or refund!

Contact me if you want more informations!

I just sent you an email.  The pools became unreachable and I restarted the rig to make sure that the problem wasn't on my side.  I've added some time to compensate for the downtime.

I strongly suggest you add other pools, your pools are with the same pool site and keep going down, they are possibly under a DDoS attack.

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay in my response but this was the middle of the night for me here in Toronto.  I have checked my email and didn't get anything, I will email you now.
