Reoperating ALC's Trading & Mining, Dividends and Other Related Matters

Dear users,

After careful negotiation and discussion by Allcoin team, we decide to make a supplementary adjustment for ALC's ecological construction. The details are as follows:

1. Trading to Participate in ALC Mining

(1) Trading & mining to get your trading fees back with ALC

Official trading opening time of ALC is adjusted to 16:00, July 13th, 2018 Beijing time (UTC+8).
ALC opening price: 1 ALC = 0.1 CNY
Opening trading pairs: ALC/CK.USD, ALC/ETH, ALC/BTC
Trading and mining tokens: All tokens being listed on Allcoin
During the mining time, trading fees paid by the users who trade on Allcoin will be converted to ALC according to a certain proportion and be returned to the users.
Opening time of trading & mining: 15:00, July 12th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8)
I) Trading & Mining rules:
The total circulation of ALC is 1 billion, of which 51% is used for mining and 49% is unlocked according to the mining speed. The 49% is allocated as follows: 30% for technology research and development, 15% for operational promotion, and 4% for strategic partners.
A: On the opening day of trading and mining on July 12th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8), each account can be rewarded with ALC worth at most 2000 CNY by trading and mining. And it will be stopped when the cumulative total volume of ALC's trading and mining once reaches 5 million on the first day.
B: Users who participate in trading and mining after 00:00 on July 13th, 2018 Beijing time (UTC+8), there is no limit on the total volume of ALC trading, until all the 51% of ALC is mined up. The daily mining limit of the each user account is set to: ALC that worth 2000 CNY.
II) ALC bonus rule:
On July 13th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8), Allcoin will distribute ALC mining fees to miners first time, the first mining time is between 15:00, July 12th to 23:59, July 12th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8). After that, the daily mining fees will be distributed next day.
*Notes: Partner accounts that have not been charged with trading fees previously or been charged with favorable trading fees will not participate in ALC trading and mining.

(2) Taking trading fees as dividend with ALC

Opening time of dividend: 00:00, July 13th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8)
Dividend tokens: All listing tokens on Allcoin
Dividend rule:
All ALC holders will receive a total of 80% of the daily trading fee of Allcoin.
On July 14th, 2018, Beijing time, Allcoin will distribute trading fees bonus to ALC holders first time, the first dividend time is between 00:00, July 13th to 23:59, July 13th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8). After that, the daily dividend of trading fees will be distributed next day.

2. Invite friends to get an additional 20% of ALC by trading and mining as bonus

From 00:00, July 13th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8), inviting friends to participate in the trading and mining will receive an equivalent ALC of 20% of the friends' trading fee. But if your invitees participate in trading & mining with API, you cannot be rewarded with the additional 20%.
On July 14th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8), Allcoin will return ALC mining fees of invitees' trading fees bonus first time. The first return time is between 00:00, July 13th to 23:59, July 13th, 2018, Beijing time (UTC+8). After that, the daily ALC of 20% of invitees' trading fee will be returned next day.
*Notes: The original activity of invitation for bonus will be suspended. The opening time will be announced once available.

More information on ecological construction of the platform token will be announced later. Please stay tuned.

Notification: The final interpretation of the platform token belongs to Allcoin.
