I got 2 messages, one than my email was changed and other my password was changed, that mail what otold me my email was changed offered a link to lock my account so i locked how i can get my account back.


this is email

First thing you do is - Lock the account. The hacker will not be able to use it.
2nd - read this topic: Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords
3rd - Confirm this is your main account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=803144
If yes, then on the OP include the link so that the mod / admin do not need to look for it. Save some of their time.

nth step - after done with the 2nd step all you can do is wait patiently. (Assuming you will send one of the admin the signed message then  you will update the OP with your main URL link and signed BTC address)

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

how i sign a message i dont get it? i dont have accsess to account and last mesage was months ago so its email remainder is deleted. Or i miss undrestand something
How to sign a Bitcoin address to prove ownership (archive): Thanks to shorena for the awesome tutorial.
Did you post any Bitcoin address from your main account anywhere?
If yes, then look for it. And quote it here first. Then start learning how to sign a Bitcoin address above.

i dont use there bitcoin adress but INSN coin stealt adress and i tryd to verify it, but couse its stealth is will not show on block explorer. SO there is no way to get my account back?

If you can not prove proof of ownership then I am afraid you ran out of options.

I also got hacked a few days ago and from the same IP(78.26.198.233). I just hope the admins are fast to recover my account.
