Don't ever use this website to buy any accounts. They just receive the btc and send it to seller and in-turn send an email to buyer mentioning that it contains the purchased product details But we would not be getting any details of the bought account in it.when asked about it,they just say that they don't know anything about the details which the seller provides and at last, you would lose your money.I have lost 60 dollars today considering it as a legit website. Most of scammers selling accounts are using this website for their scams. One of such scanner's link is below

I thought this was obvious, I'm sorry for your loss OP.  There are a ton of these sellers on the marketplace forum,  Wish a mod could sweep through there real quick and perm ban all of them, at least that will deter them a little bit.

They will not moderate such cases (unfortunately, there's no rule against it), so you have to report (create a thread) such users and let DT1/2 members, take the appropriate actions:

19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).

Q: Why haven't you banned <insert scammer username here> who is an obvious scammer?
A: Possible (or real, not for me to decide) scams are not moderated to prevent moderator abuse. If we start picking out which ones we call "scammers" and ban, we would make a lot of decisions based on biased opinions.

To OP:

7. Avoid buying/selling forum accounts.

All autobuy links should be avoided, not just selly.gg. But obviously that's one of the main ones.

First of all, there is pretty much no legitimate sellers of accounts. You're very likely to get scammed or receive a fraudulent account, and this applies to not just bitcointalk accounts but other premium accounts as well. The invites & accounts section is literally full of landmines. Add that with autobuy links, locked threads, and self moderated sales threads, which are all warning signs, you get a very obvious scam.

People have to start understanding that autobuy doesn't provide any escrow or protection for the buyer at all. All it does is collect payments for the seller. Selly.gg is definitely shady for letting this happen on their platform for such a long time, now, without much of a warning even. But ultimately, you need to do some research and simply ask around for advice before you pay first to anyone on the forum, or even off the forum with an irreversible payment method.
