For those unfamiliar with the tragedy:

Several of our brethren have invested in "AMC [...] a virtual identity totally owned by the Active Mining Corporation (Belize) that represents both itself and its profits."
Needless to say, things didn't turn out quite as they've planned.

This thread is a safe place for Active Mining "investors" to start rebuilding their lives, chat, or find a friendly shoulder to soak with tears and snot.

God Bless.

The picture that convinced Active Mining shareholders that Ken Slaughter was a legitimate multinational, multimillion-valued business (Portals added later to make things a bit livelier):

Why this thread is necessary:

Active Mining "supporters," driven to madness by loss and regret, are turning on fellow investors, lashing out at their comrades with wholly irresponsible advice:

What irresponsible, not nice at all minorminer sez:

<minerpart__> And nect time you comtemplate suicide, just do it. You know you want to.
<minerpart__> next even
<minerpart__> Prick.

What responsible, way nice mainline sez:

Active miners!
THIS...

is NOT the ANSWER!

*Not even after Ken stops by here and sez a few words...

You guys should let your voices be heard and leave not only negative trust on his profile, but also PM Theymos requesting he receive a scammer tag. Theymos is incredibly busy, but he will respond and do the proper thing.

As I understand it, scammer tags are a thing of the past -- they were replaced by the trust system.
The trust system, and the default trust, have been discussed to death already -- pretty exploitable, considering TF was on the default trust.
Finally, giving Ken a scammer tag will accomplish nothing -- he already has the coins, and is well into the endgame.
Theymos doesn't like getting involved in this shit, which is understandable -- if I was in his shoes, I wouldn't touch stuff like this.

I appreciate that, but Theymos will do it if warranted. I'm just saying that's an option for those that were swindled. Ultimately I hope you guys band together, take action, and recover your funds. Best of luck to all involved.

Thanks man. I decided to step outside today. Idk if I'm ready. =/

Seriously though, all these Active Mining threads are getting out of hand lol. It's the same 10 people with 4 Threads. Seems like everyone should just have their own thread at this rate.
