OK I want to accept bitcoins for my business plus buy and sell a huge number of bitcoins, but I cannot because; 1. Coinbase - cannot get verified. Their auto verifier doesn't work and they won't answer my emails. They have an auto email answering where based on key words in your request, it emails you back. I keep getting the exact same email back. Zero phone number, zero customer service. 2. Campbx - 24 hours and nobody answered my email. No phone number. No one online for live chat during normal business hours. Fail. 3. Localbitcoins - Guys get arrested in Florida for some BS law that says you cannot buy more than $300 in bitcoins per year anonymously with cash. WTF?! 4. Bitpay - a merchant service that lets you clear your bitcoins into USD, but cannot buy and sell bitcoins for speculation. 5. Bitsimple - no email reply in 24 hours, plus here's the real kicker, their phone number has been "disconnected or busy". Paying money to a company with a disconnected phone number? Yeah, right. Any ideas? Thanks,

Bitstamp is the exchange that coinbase uses, is it not? Why not go straight to the source? Coinbase's autoverifier doesn't work with everything, and this is well known and they even tell you so. You can do the slow-ish deposit/withdraw method just like most other bank account linking services do. I've done it both ways... I use bitpay's plugin on my own website. I don't convert it to USD, just send the BTC to my wallet... It looks like you need to do more research, really... This information isn't hard to find. I get the feeling you're not really trying... Localbitcoins - Guys get arrested in Florida for some BS law that says you cannot buy more than $300 in bitcoins per year anonymously with cash. WTF?!
I'd like to know more about this... I'm in Florida.

Or you could just integrate /hire some one to / blockchain API into your shopping card.
If you need to display USD <> BTC value before that, there are a lot of tickers about that.

Bitstamp and Mt Gox are not allowing withdrawals. Possible liquidity problems? Not very confidence inspiring. Sheesh, is it THAT HARD to buy bitcoins? No wonder 80% of bitcoins are held by a few early miners! They can't sell their dadgum bitcoins and I can't buy them! Ugh.... Any other ideas? How can I buy and sell bitcoins without being GOXed in the Bithole by exchanges that don't care about their customers enough to answer the phone nor reply to emails after 48 HOURS? Thanks,

Finally, a bitcoin exchange answered my questions. Vinny K at Camp Bx picked up and answered my questions. I will use CampBx and not use Coinbase even though I registered with Coinbase because they don't care enough about their customers to answer the phone. Coinbase never answered my emails after 48 hours and they don't have a phone nor live chat. Coinbase's auto verification process also doesn't work. CampBx also has reasonable fees, too. Thanks for all your suggestions, guys.

Bitstamp has enabled withdrawals, so everything ok with them, mtgox is just stealing money, do not use that site.

If you wander around this forum, you can see thousands of posts (if not more) complaining mtgox, and telling people to stay away from it... mtgox maybe was the biggest exchange 2 years ago (no longer now), but it has never been the best exchange lol.

Mtgox used to be usable, but it's totally fallen apart recently. It's a huge risk to buy there as you may never be able to withdraw anything... that's why their prices are so low at the moment. Bitstamp and localbitcoins have always worked well for me.

5. Bitsimple - no email reply in 24 hours, plus here's the real kicker, their phone number has been "disconnected or busy". Paying money to a company with a disconnected phone number? Yeah, right. Can't help you if you dial the wrong phone number. The phone number on the website has never been disconnected or busy. The site offers secure (SSL protected) chat for customers so if you have specific questions the fastest response is to create an account and click on help at the bottom of any page.

It also seems possible that they might've lost some peoples coins but this is unconfirmed and is just speculation at this point.

They just run an all-round shoddy service. Have a look around this forum. You wont see one positive thing said about it.
