It is achievable but very risky. Remember that professional traders are not making that much. Some of the professionals set their projection around 10 to 12% profits margin par annual. If you are setting 10% per weeks it means you will be putting huge capital at risk. I try to get 10% per week before in cryptocurrencies arbitrage trading but I lose at the end of the day and I have to reduce my risk before start making profit again. I wish you luck.

10% week is quite possible as if you consider it it means average of 40$ per months. SO if some coins go 20% high on 1 day, other may fall by 10% etc. So higher the volatility in the market one can make good amount of money if provided the selection of the coin is correct.

I do somehow believe that it do need some learning because if you do such move without any basis and based on your own intuition then it wont really

I also love the compounding. But one thing I do is not to become too greedy. I set myself a 1% daily goal and try to achieve that by doing multiple smaller trades on a daily basis. At this moment it is going pretty well. I am on day 5 of my challenge and am on a 21% profit in only 5 days.

Its really achievable when you do make compounding but once you profit day by day on gradual then risk management on your capital+profits would be crucial.
Setting 1% isn't bad but don't bother or force yourself too much because it would lead to desperation which causes mistakes.
