BTC is the "new gold."
LTC is the "new silver."
Is Doge the "new copper?" Or does some other cryptocurrency take that spot?

Doge is the Zimbabwean dollar.
Was that meant postively or negatively? A currency that is now worthless... I'm going to say the later.

If based on market cap, Peercoin would be the "new copper".
Does Peercoin has more Market Cap than the Namecoin?

There is no gold, silver, or copper of crypto currencies. The Gold:Silver analogy to describe BTC:LTC was just used as an example of relative scarcity. Crypto Currencies are far more closely related to fiat than they are to metals.

And they'll soon probably be far more related to the Zimbabwean Dollar lol.

Does Peercoin has more Market Cap than the Namecoin? Namecoin has a use other than as currency, yet it is #8 among cryptocoin market caps. PPC is #4.
