I read somewhere in this thread that watching chart for a long time can make you to take wrong trading decision and thats true, I have experienced it myself. Its better to chose a fix time to trade. A group of fellow trader can also help in reducing trading stress and a company of like minded people in the evening will surely reduce it. Whenever I lose in trading, I take a break and analyze where did I do wrong, analyzing my trading decision helps in improving it.

Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading?
i hard to say when you sometimes tired from trading or have stress from ico or lose part of deposit. What you do to relax refresh youself and get inspiration for new trade. How much time you need to refresh youself for new hight.

If I'm getting tired from trading i refresh my self in my room i lay down in my bed to refresh my mind. And sleep 2-3 hours and then after i sleep u drink coffee then my feeling is getting better. That is my habbit when the time i feel tired being a trader. Then I'll go back again to trade i feel so tired when i see that my coins getting down the price. So i need to relax my self.

it all depends on the trend, if the monthly trend of coins traded is still moving up, the line will continue to increase throughout the week with periodic fluctuations. Actually you are right, for daily traders this is a contradiction because the panic of floating assets is not enough just to wait 5 days, but when finally doing cutloss, it turns out the price of coins increased 100% at the end of the month. we sacrifice 10-20% and without knowing it was a wrong decision. I also consider the long term if I'm tired, I'm looking for inspiration from other things like sports betting etc. To make sure I don't go offline for too long.

I think technology nowadays really help people because there are a lot of apps in playstore that can help us to see the price of a coin in market, or maybe in phone we can open the market if only want to see how was our order although not in front of PC.

A tired trader is an ineffective trader, I know that day traders would like to look at their screens 24/7 but that is simply not possible, so the best thing to do when we are tired is to take a rest and do something we enjoy a lot, that way you will recharge your energy and you will be fresh to trade the markets in no time at all, just make sure that whatever you enjoy does not consume even more of your energy as it will be impossible to trade if you are even more tired after you attempted to relax.

Catching up with other things that gives you some relaxations will help you to strive back, most short term traders stress itself whenever they've seen that the market is not favoring their position in order to lessen the burden they've needed to find some other activities to freshen their mindset and recreate another strategy. Definitely. We should have some time for ourselves to unwind and treat ourselves. We should not always get stressed out in the market looking at the charts and thinking about the cryptocurrencies that gave us losses. It is okay to have losses but it is not okay to get stressed out because of it. Just take a break and refresh yourself and then get back stronger.

I do not get tired in trading because it is my passion. I love to look and observe the charts of the cryptocurrency market and also the stock market. In order to become a profitable trader you need to commit in mastery where you will see trading as a passion. I keep analyzing different market every single day and it makes me intelligent person.

For me, trading it's just a battle of patience, you will never lose if you are holding it will be just a "potential loss". Just wait for it to pump and then sell, If you have a trust on the coin that you are holding then don't sell! Just sell if you will have a profit.

With regards to watching a chart, personally, I don't believe in any market lines the "buy point" or the "sell point", trust the news! And trust the trend! That is the two things that keep my trade on winning. Indeed being part of a group of trader is a good thing too

Or, pause for a day and make the trade tomorrow. Based on my experience when the coin that I am holding is beginning to dump, I will buy more and ended up spending all of my money on that trade, so stopping is a huge help to control your emotion and then get back tomorrow.

If you are really eager to learn how to trade and how to become a profitable trader then you will never be get tired. Trust the process and for sure you will be happy in the end because hard work pays off. Trading is really tough to learn, you need to allocate most of your time in studying. You cannot learn trading in just few days or weeks, It will take time how to trade and you really need experiences because you will learn from it and the lessons that you will get to it can be useful in your future.

There is a South Korean youtuber who shares his trading results each day, so I watch his videos to learn more and also get inspired to do things like him and get more profit.

If any of my trades go wrong I take a break of a complete day so as to see where I slacked and what did I do wrong and next time I try not to repeat the mistakes I did in the past. These strategies have helped me a lot to recover from a bad trade.
