How do you think banks make money, how does a bank make money to pay its employees and business operational? Does the bank rely solely on interest on loans from banks?
They are a fund for other businesses borrowing or they use the money of their clients to invest and make a profit. The bank earns a lot of money every year and it's a great business model. They create savings and invites customers to give money to them. Then they will use that money to lend to others or invest in something to make a profit.

Banks, they also borrow money as people. They use the money of depositors for their own purposes and pay them a percentage, as people pay interest to the bank when they take out a loan.
Banks are not borrow a money but peoples are looking to digital system so they are invested in Banks. The current trending many peoples are drop the bank investment. So banks are invest in stock market and they hold the people fund then they will repay the money. But fixed deposit system is useful for bank but current deposit is increasing the consumers.

This question is still a puzzle for all of us but in general many say that to pay employees and operations, the bank earns money from the proceeds from deducting the amount of deposits that customers call monthly administration fees besides that the bank gives a large interest to people who borrow money. However, as technology develops today banks work closely with governments especially in countries in terms of various instant transactions including e-money products and perhaps from such cooperation they benefit as well.

Yes, they earn a lot from interest by lending money. But they also earn from fees on transactions, and on many other paying services that they offer.

The Banks have several ways of making money. The interests alone is not their only way of making money. They make far more money from the other sundry charges they make from their customers.

The banks are getting profit from the money you are placing on them because it was taxable and that is also the reason why government are getting their funds in the banks.

The bankers keep their money by mediating between the borrower and the lender, who have more money they will deposit into the bank to get interest, and those who run out of money will borrow and pay interest. Make interest rate difference between the lender and the borrower

Simply put, they take your money then reinvest it to other stocks. Now the dividends they get fron that woukd be added to the capital they used to give out loans. Other than that, some banks also habe preneed producta like insurances with stock options. Of course the amount of dividends thise stocks gain, the banks will have a portion of that

I was thinking that too but I saw on their employees that they pay them through the clients fee's because clients want their services to secure their money so clients give some big fee's to secure it more and banks use it as way to pay their employees and get some profit on it.

Banks have many sources of income, so they pay their employees. Our invested money is used by them to pay someone else and there is interest in them. For our investors only a small percentage goes to us,

Yes, banks will earned more on loans like housing loan, car loan, development loan and infractructure with high monthly interest rate but we are not talking of just thousand dollars for the said loans but million to billion of dollars on every deal which involved companies, corporates and even the government. Banks will never exist until today if they are not effective of handling their money.

How do you think banks make money, how does a bank make money to pay its employees and business operational? Does the bank rely solely on interest on loans from banks?
Banks has many other alternative sources of income, start from the People make an investment there, People stored the money into bank with two different options like Savings and long term investment like time deposit, People loans with quo-lateral of course there is an interest if people doesn't pay on time, accepted payment from third party which is CAR OWNERS to BUYER. All stored money in the bank are subject to join all other different businesses to money GROW HIGHER that's the sources of bank to pay their employee/s. For BITCOIN as of now, bank are able to released a fund which is coming from our Wallet provider transferred to the bank and then people are able to cash out a money without using ATM CARD. all transaction has been made are used DIGITAL VIRTUAL SYSTEM.

First, the function of the bank is as a financial institution, a place to save money and can be used as an investment place and as a place for loans. Indeed, at a glance, the bank is a social institution that has no profit, but if you look deeper into the bank's income is very large. How do you think banks make money, how does a bank make money to pay its employees and business operational?
The bank's first income is from the interest or profit-sharing system, I think this is the first source of income for banks around the world. And the second from based income, such as remittance services, custody of valuables, and the sale of securities. Does the bank rely solely on interest on loans from banks?
No.

It happens in many ways. Money is earned with interest rates. Loans and interest payments are made through banks. The banks also have ample capital, which they earn by investing in their businesses. Money earns by investing heavily in banks. That's how they earn income

The answer is simple, because, after all, the bank is a business. And by selling various services such as money transfer and safekeeping of valuables, the Bank will make money to pay employees and to run they business operations.
