I messed up, my own fault Im well aware, just getting that out there up front.  Not paying attention I sent eth to a etc wallet through coinpayments.net and the tx completed and is sitting in a wallet on their end.  Their refund policy states the following:

"If coins are sent to the wrong coin or blockchain or to a delisted coin and need to be recovered by us manually there will be an 8% recovery fee; if the coins can be recovered at all. This would apply if for example you sent Ether to an Ether Classic address or Digitalcoin to a Dogecoin address, etc."

Which exactly sums up my issue.  However when I put in a support ticket it gets auto locked or deleted due to the tx "not being completed."  There doesn't seem to be any other way whatsoever of getting in touch with this company.  I have seen representatives posting on this forum so I'm hoping I can catch someone's attention who can help me and I cannot pm those people.

If anyone at all knows how I can move this forward I would appreciate the help.

Hmmm that's weird. Can we see the TXID? Before that, are you sure you followed all those ticket rules?

-This code must be entered where it asks when you create your ticket or it will be closed automatically.
-Your question must also match the category selected or it will be closed without response.
-Any question that involves an address, transaction, payment, etc. must have the information in text format, not just pictures. (This includes address, transaction IDs (aka TXID or transaction hash), CoinPayments payment/withdrawal/transfer IDs, etc.) We cannot use images to search our system.
-Any question that involves a conversion must include the conversion ID.
-Questions must be posted in English only at this time. Feel free to use a translator such as Google Translate if you don't know English.
-If your question is about a payment and you are the buyer make sure to use the same email you entered during checkout for the ticket.
Otherwise if you are a CoinPayments user make sure to use the same email as your account.

If yes then try your luck in
