There is no way that bch is going to be able to take over from ethereum. We have to understand that ethereum is an original project that was built from scratch from its own idea and merit but with bch you cannot say the same since the coin is just some cheap hardforked coin. It will do well in its own time but there is no way that the coin is going to be better than eth

But at the moment when hardfork happened, I don't think BCH has any chance to be better than ETH anymore . now ethereum is the second best altcoins after XRP in the coinmarketcap,, i think soon or later ethereum will be back and become the best altcoins again
so, personally i believe if BCH will not overtake ethereum in the list of the best altcoins my friend
