This depends on your available time. If you have so much time and you can spend those available time in monitoring and analyzing charts and trends then Day Trade is good for you. HOLD also requires analyzing charts and trends, but since you are more on holding for a longer period of time it doesn't require you to check and analyze every hour or every other hour.

I am more inclined to choose day trading, this is because I think that day trading will be much safer. be careful if you do scalping trading because sometimes it's too difficult to choose the coin especially if the price moves so fast and makes us late to follow the price. but if you can analyze very quick, then I am sure you don't have any problem with scalping trading. Some premium signals on telegram can be a guide to determine the coins, but you need to analyze so you can buy and sell at your price.

If you don't have a good background in trading, specially in crypto trading, i should prefer you to choose long-term holding than in daily trading, and i think you already know how risky is daily trading, specially when you don't have an enough knowledge about on it. So, you should choose the best and more easier to do, like long-term holding.

I think with this market situation, that doing daily trading is more profitable than just holding for a long time. by doing daily trading you can earn income and I think daily trading is a good job when the market is like this. if only relying on surviving, I think there will be a lot of time wasted. in my opinion, it is best to think about how we can earn income, and I think one good solution is to do daily trading.

Holding for long time is the best strategy no doubt.Most of the investors have no good knowledge especially new investors.So they are unskill.I think long time holding is better for new investors or unskill traders. On the other day trading is better for skill traders.

Though the market condition is not good, that's why you need to think carefully before making any decisions. At this moment, trading is very much profitable, but here you have to be experienced! I mean if you have enough experience in trading then do the trade now, otherwise, keep holding your crypto! Holding long term is very risky in my opinion. Nobody knows if Crypto will still be around in the next few years, and if it is around (I think the big Crypto's will be but not most of the Altcoins) what price they will be at. For all we know they could be worth half what they are now. If that's the case then buying now and holding would result in you not only losing half your investment but also wasting a lot of time waiting, time that could have been spent making money from trading.

At the moment I can’t recommend for holding for long time. Now it is the best time for day trading. Yes only day trading. Lot’s of chances now available if you want to make day trading. I mean chances mean profit chance.  Though daily basis have low profit I mean you can’t make good amount of profit if you make day trading but more chances for make sure profit.
