No, because the cryptocurrency is just special in that its prohibition is impossible in principle. After all, it can not be removed, and to stop the issue will need to deprive all access to the Internet. The only option to limit their use is to ban them at the state level, but in reality it will not be so easy to implement.

Most governments recognize the potential of bitcoin as a highly profitable financial technology. However, since there is no official administrator, the government is worried about bitcoin being misused for crimes. So the government provides restrictions, most prohibit the use of bitcoin as a payment system in the country. In addition, most governments also warn that bitcoin is a high-risk investment. Well, as a good society we have to obey the rules of government then we must understand and learn the status of bitcoin law in our country well.
Truly, some countries don’t support bitcoin because they have their own point about it Obviously we can’t deny bitcoin or cryptocurrency can bring a little bit more complication. We all know that bitcoin characterizes its anonymity, so it’s quite hard to control the illegal transaction or some illegal activity related to bitcoin. Besides, if they accept bitcoin, perhaps their citizens will depend much on this virtual currency and forgetting his main job. However, with the profits that bitcoin can bring to our life , i believe  bitcoin will be soon encouraged by many countries around the world.
We are wanting for crypto to be acceptable in every country so we must obey the government and help them to control the increase of crime and illegal transactions. We are benefitting from crypto and we have to discipline our self for it not to put away from us and become an opportunity for everyone.

Btc must remain legal...no other way for the modern society. Authorities can't stop it; only manipulations possible now.

The development of cryptocurrency is better from time to time. In many countries, many have inaugurated crypto currency as a legitimate paying tool. Although there are also countries that openly banned cryptocurrency. This becomes very interesting to be listened to by us. Then, personally, I want to know what you think of all that? Will at any time cryptocurrency be a legal and legal world currency in all countries? Or perhaps during that time, cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited in all countries of the world?
We can not force a country to accept or legalize bitcoin or other cryptocurrency, because they have different regulation and rrule regarding to crypto. They just not realize the benefit of crypto in general. Or mayber they're still not ready with the new technology that crypto's bring.

No crypto currency is illegal in the world, there is a huge difference between the term decentralisation and being illegal, bitcoin is decentralised crypto currency not illegal, we all know that bitcoin has been through many ups and downs and there is a huge controversy regarding the legalisation of bitcoin in every nation and there are few countries who has legalised bitcoin and now they are very happy with their decision even and I am sure that bitcoin will definitely be get centralised all over the world

The legality of bitcoin actually depend on how the government point of view, many countries rejected the idea because it is decentralised and often being used for criminal things, but if the government want yo look deeper crypto currencies is a very useful tool for future, it can make life easier when you want to do transaction globally, for now we can only wait for the government observations

One of the most amazing things is that some of the countries are staying passive towards Bitcoin, and they are acting like it is not the case in the world. Or like it is not something serious to be a thread.

Well, in a sense, it really is. However, this is also quite individual ... for example there is a certain number of countries where any activity related to crypto-currencies is a violation of the law. However, there are also countries that absolutely do not deal with the issue of regulating crypto-currencies at all.

I don't think there is any big reason to declared bitcoin illegal rather there are a lot fo reason to make it legal because it is popular and many people start depending on it.

I think bitcoin cannot be fully accepted by all countries, many governments consider bitcoin as a threat as their national currency, this is undeniable because with the dominance of bitcoin in a country will rival the value of the prevailing currency. But it would be unfortunate if bitcoin is not acceptable.

Recognition bitcoin is a matter of time. The main problem is the country's inability to regulate bitcoin, and therefore have its share of transactions. In addition, it will become impossible to combat money laundering and other fraud in the sphere of finance. But I do not think that the government has the right to forbid me to have bitcoin as a citizen with a clear conscience.

In my opinion, crypto currency is banned in some countries. Because the haven't realized its importance. Hopefully they will understand very soon.On the other hand, some countries accept bitcoin legaly in the world.  Smiley

that's true, because every country in every corner of the world, there are countries that legalize bitcoin and some countries don't accept bitcoin in their country. because they have their own reasons for bitcoin.

Crypto currency for a long time will be in a state of non-regulation by the state. It can not be said that if in some country the crypto currency is not regulated, then it is in a state between legal and illegal. The legal status of any thing does not tolerate uncertainty and it is still spelled out in the civil codes of states since the Roman law - a collection of legislative acts of the first centuries of our era. Still from there goes the principle of freedom of entrepreneurship, which states that in the conduct of business all that is not prohibited by a special law is permitted. This means that if bitcoin and other crypto-currency is not regulated by the laws of the state, that is, there are no rules that do not bother them, then they are legitimate for circulation.

I don't think you are completely right but partially. There are only few selected countries in the world that has accepted bitcoin to be a legal tender/currency. Again there are also only very few selected countires that have directly banned bitcoin and its any form of usage. Those are just some underdeveloped countries that have no clue about the technology. Rest of the world has no clear ruling on bitcoin. Tough some of them does not accept bitcoin as a legal currency this does not mean that they banned the usage of it.

I think that I will not prohibit cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrencies are intangible and their complete prohibition is impossible. More and more state authorities are trying to control this market to make it transparent, thus they attract more and more investors.
