Central Banks have announced in the monthly FOMC meeting that after a 3-day conference, attended by world leaders and high ranking government officials, in the heart of Montreal, France, that DOGE is to become the World Reserve Cryptocurrency with immediate effect.
All Central Banks subject to the rulings of the BIS stability guidelines have been ruled to keep a foundation of a 10% reserve of all assets into DOGE coins in order to keep the world financial system stable and sound.
What this means for the current de-facto World Reserve Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, is yet to be seen, but over the last week the price of Bitcoin has plummeted more than 50% from $900 to $400 and is 70% down since it's all-time-high of $1250 in december 2013.
Some believe Bitcoin will survive, because Satoshi Nakomoto. Others take a more fundamental stance, using internet slang 'HODL' to prove their point. Rumours go around that Ben Bernanke said Bitcoin was not chosen as the World Reserve Cryptocurrency because 'if its not printable, its worthless'.
