I hope Mark gets kicked out of the bitcoin foundation. Gox has been a fraud for months, I knew something was wrong when they verified me out of thin air one day after saying they wouldn't verify me since I was in the US. What a greedy bastard, I hope people get their bitcoins out and that jerk gets what is coming to him. For all it's worth, I consider Gox a scam and Mark a thief.
