2nd Graphic Card on recongized radeon 7950

Hey guys so I have 2 7950's and 1 shows up in windows 7 and installs and works but the other one dosent
it dosent even show under the device manager when i unplug one than the other one works and when I plug in one only the one conected to the pci 16x slot works the other one dosent

I will buy your old broken or used iphone or Samsung Galaxy for Bitcoins or Litecoins

If the second card is in a 1x slot on a riser you may have to jumper the autodetect A1 and B17
