약12일전 해외 다른 거래소로 비트코인을 송금했습니다.

하지만 아직까지 비트코인 수신자가 쓰는 지갑에서 확인이 되지 않고있는 상황입니다.

트렌젝션상으로는 컨펌은 난상태이며 제 히스토리 내역에도 뜨고 금액도 맞게 빠져나가고 송금은 완벽하게 이루어졌다고 생각되지만

상대방 지갑에 잔고가 표시되지 않고 있습니다.

주소는 확실합니다.비트코인 지갑도 맞구요.

해당전자지갑 거래소인 free wallet측에 메일 문의한결과

this transaction is not reflected in the Freewallet system.

라는 답변을 받았습니다.

상대방측에서도 문의한결과

상대방에게는 리스트를 찾아서 관련 부서에 전달하겠다고 3일전에 들었다는데

아직 처리가 안되었고 제가 다시 문의한결과

저에게는 이렇게 얘기하네요..

그 이후 주고받은 메일 내용은아래와 같습니다만 부족한 영어실력이라 얘네들이 하는말을 도통 이해할수가없네요.

일렉트럼 전자지갑으로 전송시 네트워크 불안정으로 한번 오류가 난뒤 보내졌습니다. 오류문구는 잘 모르구요.


그게 연관이 있을까요?해외 포럼에도 수차례 글을 올려본결과 송금은 문제없다고 답변들 합니다.


회사측에서 보내주는 답변들은 성의가 없고 답변자가 서포트 팀에서 메니져로 바뀌었습니다.


제가 어떻게 대처해야할까요?비트코인이 이런식으로 증발하는 경우도 있나요?


이 문제를 속시원히 해결해주실수 있는 분이 계시다면 100만원 사례하겠습니다.

The address in the picture that the trader sent me is identical to      


the address I have sent. So is it a fake and fraudulent fact that a trader


has a picture of a wallet sent to me and an answer that a trader says will be handled by FreeWallet?


What can I do to cope?

electrum wallet that im using,they said the remittance was sent without any problems.

If the address is correct on the Free Wallet, where did the coin disappear?


It has already passed a lot of time and I am very unfortunately suffering a lot.

Here is an important update:

Recently, an assumed recipient of the referenced transaction contacted us as well. (the ticket number assigned is 120940)

Let us confirm that we are ready to consider possible changes of the BTC address and credit the amount in question to a user's account.
But there is no testimony or record showing that the referenced payment in the blockchain explorer has any relation to Freewallet.
No such address was found in our bases.

However, we asked the client to make a video showing how the disputed address was ever generated in the Freewallet's app.
It was 6 days ago and since then we've never heard back from the customer.

Blockchain is a beautiful system where no record of a funds transfer can be altered or removed, so all we need from your associate is the transaction hash (txid) showing the transfer of funds to one of the Freewallet addresses.

Please stick with the ticket. We are trying to investigate this case with the recipient and sender of this payment. The forum does not allow doing that in a sufficient and professional way.

UPD:

Just to summarize: so far, no video proof was prepared by the customer as we requested before. Kindly make the video of how the referenced address is found in the Freewallet app.
It will greatly advance our investigation.

Personally I had a problem with free wallet not sending confirmation emails to my email. The ticket service was horrible and did not fix my problem. It was strange because some of the confirmation for low amounts came to my email, but most of the bigger ones did not. The problem was i had to set up a verficaiton email that was on another mail server; however, the tech support did not tell me that. I got my problem fixed. I suspect they are not a scam, and just have horrible customer support. Which is almost as bad.
