Not all of them, if you can choose a project based on project details, project vision and mission, then it can minimize losses (time and energy), it is difficult but if we try to understand the project then the benefits we will get

I can observe that so many people have given up and are waiting for the market to get better again. If takes a lot of resilience and patience to be able to stand in this time. Most especially a time that so many bounties are not ready to pay by delaying, some have paid, but are not listing now and so many other things that are happening.

Don't be so disappoint because your not the only one who experience that. Much better to make deeply research when you joined to bounties because it will help to you. Not all bounties is scam because there's a lot of project that have a good future.

That's true many project have great potential to grow in crypto in the future although some of not successful to reach their goal many of them is not stop believe that some project will reach their goal in the future. If you a bounty hunter and don't want to be disappointed to what you join better to find a good one by searching it and study it.

You are right, but I want to add that we all can make a mistake on the ICO. Our mistakes teach us to see cheaters. I think we just need to be more cautious and optimistic.

I don't believe in participating in airdrops they are full waste of time and about bounties we should not join every bounty. We must do some research about bounty before joining it. I always join some selected bounty managers bounties but still we will not get 100% because every project doesn't finish successful and this year many project has been failed overall many of us did not get reward according to our efforts of promotion. I would suggest you to have some more patience as we all are expecting bullish move.

There are times that if we failed on the first stage there is a chance to give up because we failed. But it is not a solution, dint quit. On the second stage we must be very careful and learn first the project, dont let that scammers stop you on earning instead  let your mistake teach you. And also dont stop learnig.
